Louice Rosdahl as new CEO of born {digital}

A warm welcome Louice Rosdahl as the new CEO of born {digital}, starting January 2025!

Louice Rosdahl (39) will take on the role of CEO at Born Digital at the turn of the year. Rosdahl most recently served as CEO of the technology company RanLOS, where she played a central role in the company’s stock market listing in 2023.

Rosdahl brings extensive experience from both the technology industry and the investment sector. She has been recognized as one of Sweden’s top change leaders by 4Potentials and highlighted as a leading female board member in technology by BreakIt. Before leading RanLOS, she spent several years at the privately-owned investment firm JCE, where she worked on acquisitions and provided support to portfolio companies. She played a key role in the sale of Cybercom to Knowit in a billion-kroner deal. In addition, she has served for several years as a member of the investment committee at Almi Invest.

Rosdahl brings broad expertise in tech investments to Born Digital.

– It is incredibly exciting and a great honor to step into the role of CEO at Born Digital, which has a diverse and dynamic portfolio of companies and owners. I look forward to supporting the leaders of our existing portfolio companies to help them grow and take the next steps. At the same time, I will actively seek new stars to join the Born Digital family. Our goal is to grow from today’s 13 companies to between 20 and 30 over the next few years. I believe many founder-led consulting companies will find it attractive to partner with an owner that values their unique qualities, brand, and culture while providing financial resources, business development, sales, and recruitment support. It’s the best of both worlds, says Louice Rosdahl.

Born Digital specializes in tech investments and is part of the Norwegian investment company Amp Eleven. Since its inception, the goal has been to invest in the future of technology and IT consulting firms. Born Digital has gathered over 400 experts across 13 companies and aims to challenge traditional consulting firms.

– With Louice’s solid experience and leadership, we will strengthen our position in the Nordic market and continue our journey towards reaching more than a billion in revenue by 2027. Louice will be a key figure in driving organic growth through the development of large Nordic clients while attracting new founder-led niche companies that wish to grow within a larger community. Her leadership will be essential in promoting Born Digital’s ambition to combine the best of small, agile companies with the strength of a larger ecosystem,” says Henrik Lie-Nielsen, partner and chairman of Born Digital.

All the companies Born Digital invests in share the characteristic of being founded and led by entrepreneurs with high ambitions and a strong drive to further develop their businesses – also as owners. Collaboration within the group enables opportunities to bundle services from multiple companies, reach new customers, and accelerate recruitment efforts, allowing for faster and more profitable growth.

– With a new CEO in place, the plan is to further strengthen Born Digital’s joint marketing and sales efforts towards major Nordic clients. The ambition to reach more than a billion in revenue, up from approximately 500 million in 2024, remains firm. Despite challenging market conditions over the past year, Born Digital’s companies are well-positioned for continued growth, says Henrik Lie-Nielsen.
